When you sign up for my email list, I collect your name and email address. This is collected based on your explicit consent. You can choose not to provide this, and you can still enjoy all the content on my social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest) and all my public and free website content, without ever sharing your email.

I use your details exclusively to send you the updates you signed up for, such as:

- Notifications when new coaching services are on offer
- Recipes, nutritional insights, healthy lifestyle tips and experiences along the way!

I will never sell your data to third parties or use it for any purpose other than these updates.

Your information is securely hosted within the Wix.com platform. Wix acts as a data processor for Living Roots and stores information on secure, encrypted servers. Your data is not shared with any other third parties, except where necessary for the technical operation of this mailing list (e.g., the email service provider within Wix).

4. How Long Is Your Data Kept?
I will keep your data only for as long as you remain subscribed to my mailing list. If you choose to unsubscribe, or if I discontinue the mailing list, your data will be permanently deleted from my records.
